4- Common Mistakes to Avoid When Implementing the 5 Ps of Marketing Mix :

4.1- Focusing Too Much On The Price :

A mistake that I see many businesses make while creating their marketing strategy is focusing too much on the selling price. Yes, price is undoubtedly an important factor, but it should not be the sole focus of your marketing strategy.

4.2- Underpricing Or Overpricing :

Another Pricing mistake that many businesses make is lowering or increasing the prices of their products and services.

Sometimes, underpricing your products can help you to increase your sales and gain new customers. But, It doesn’t mean that you have to do it every time you lack sales.

Instead, you can offer your customers special promotions, Discounts, or gifts to encourage them to purchase from you.

4.3- Neglecting Promotion :

Many businesses, especially small ones, assume that customers will find their products without any effort on their part, which is incorrect. To generate sales and profits, you need to promote your products in the right channels where your customers are buying from your competitors.

Without a good promotion strategy, your business can go nowhere.

For example, a new brand of bags may have excellent products with convenient prices, but without promotion, potential customers may not even be aware of its existence.
